This long standing Victorian employer is a market leader within the commercial construction field. Due to a recent project win, they are currently seeking the expertise of a Commercial Site Manager.
This project is scheduled for completion in early 2013 and requires the immediate attention of an experienced on-site manager. Your responsibilities will include the management of sub-contractors and site safety ensuring that you drive the people and program to completion on time, budget and quality standards.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess a trade background with at least 5 years commercial site management experience. You will also have proven experience on $15M plus projects and ideally have a demonstrated background in working with lump sum contracts.
